If support lapses, the software keeps working but gets no updates. AI providers change their models often, so going without support is risky. The API works while “Support with API” is active.

Why a one-time payment instead of a subscription?
The software runs on your server and you pay the AI costs from your own account. So there is no charge per call: you buy the software once and use it with no time limit.
How do the packages differ?
Only in the number of concurrent calls; the features are the same. Like an internet plan: unlimited traffic, different speeds. One line makes about 200 call attempts in 8 hours.
What happens if we don’t renew support?
The software keeps working, but you won’t get new versions or adaptations to AI model changes. The API works while “Support with API” is active.
Is VAT included?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes, the software price can be split into 3 payments.
How is the pilot fee counted?
The pilot costs 990 AZN. If you buy the software after the pilot, this amount is deducted from its price.
