Your data stays on your server
OperatorAI is not a cloud service. The software and database are installed on your server, and the AI accounts are in your name.
Your AI account
You open the AI provider account and keys yourself, with our help. Call audio and analysis text go in real time only to that account; nothing is stored in between.
Access and permissions
User roles; passwords are stored as hashes. Call recordings open only for users signed in to the dashboard.
Audit log
Who changed what and when: campaigns, contacts, settings, sign-ins. Fields are shown as “before → after”; password and key values are never logged. Failed sign-in attempts are recorded with the IP address.
Secure integration
Only the SHA-256 hash of each API key is stored; IP and campaign restrictions. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256; browser requests to the API are accepted only from allowed origins.
Calling etiquette
The scenario starts with a notice that the call is recorded. Numbers that opt out are blocked. Call hours and the daily limit are set per campaign.
Always running
The IIS setup script keeps the software running: it doesn’t stop when idle or restart in the middle of the day. A daily backup script is included.
Legal
We sign a data processing agreement (DPA). We check compliance with personal data law and calling rules together with your lawyer.
Questions about security
How long are call recordings kept?
You set the retention period. By default recordings are not deleted; if you set a period, older recordings are deleted automatically.
Is an internet connection required?
Yes, to reach the AI provider and the SIP line. The dashboard and database stay inside your network.
Can you see our data?
No. The software runs on your server; support access is granted only with your permission.
