Features
What the AI voice operator can do
Everything you need to place calls, hold conversations, measure results and control costs — in one dashboard.
Live voice conversation
The AI operator talks to customers in real time: it listens, understands and responds.
Natural Azerbaijani
Real-time voice models (Gemini Live, Grok Voice, ElevenLabs) or an STT → AI → TTS chain. You choose the voice and speaking speed.
Stops when interrupted
When the customer starts talking, the AI pauses and listens. Background noise and short sounds do not cut it off.
Handles silence
If the customer goes quiet, it asks “Hello, can you hear me?”, then politely says goodbye and ends the call.
Ends calls at the right moment
A call ends only when the AI’s last line is a goodbye; if the customer keeps talking, so does the AI.
Maximum call length
A 0.5–15 minute limit per campaign, soft or hard: when time is up, the AI wraps up politely.
Fallback mode
If the real-time voice model is not ready within 8 seconds, the call switches to the STT → AI → TTS chain automatically.
Call campaigns
Calls to thousands of numbers, with hours, attempts, lines and a budget.
Excel and CSV import
A ready template; column headers are recognized in four languages. Each contact can have its own opening text and data: debt, date, branch.
Paste numbers directly
Lines like “Nigar Aliyeva 050 111 22 33” become contacts. You can hold them instead of calling right away.
Call hours and daily limit
Calls go out only within allowed hours (Baku time) and the daily limit.
Smart retries
No answer or busy: retry after your interval. Fresh numbers go before retries; technical errors don’t count as attempts.
Parallel lines
Concurrent calls match your SIP line’s channel count. One number is never called by two campaigns at once.
Always-on campaigns and copies
A campaign that never auto-completes, for calls coming from the API. “Duplicate” copies all settings into a new campaign.
Knowledge base and scenario
The AI takes prices, terms and answers only from the text you provide.
Documents
Rates, rules, FAQs. A campaign picks documents from the base or gets its own text, which is copied into the campaign.
Ready-made samples
Loan payment reminder, clinic appointment confirmation, discount offer, service quality survey.
General rules
Rules for every call: politeness, topics to avoid, a notice that the call is recorded.
Call simulation
Before launch, test the scenario by talking to it in the browser or place a test call to your own number.
Conversation analysis
After every call you get answers to your questions.
Your own analysis tools
“Did they promise to pay?”, “By what date?”, “Any complaint?” — you write the question and the answer type.
Sentiment and interest
The customer’s mood and interest in the offer are scored separately.
Accurate transcription
Optionally, the customer’s audio is recognized again after the call for a more accurate transcript.
Results table
One row per contact: last attempt, last issue or the analysis answers. Filters, search, Excel export.
Campaign analytics and A/B tests
Which campaign, which hour and which script work better — in numbers.
Technical report
Calls and contacts, answer rate, success, average talk time, costs; charts by day and hour. Reports print to PDF.
Analysis scores
Each tool’s answers are scored and compared on a radar chart with the average of all campaigns.
Comparison
2–6 campaigns in one table, with the best value highlighted.
A/B tests
Change one thing in a campaign copy: the opening, the script or the voice. The system checks the difference with a statistical test and names the winner.
Costs and budget
What do these calls cost? Every call has the answer.
Cost of every call
SIP minutes, real-time voice, tokens and analysis are recorded separately; amounts in manat, with dollars alongside.
Campaign budget
A warning at 80%. With a hard limit, the campaign pauses itself when the budget runs out and an ongoing call ends politely.
Cost calculator
Before launch, estimate costs from the number of calls and average length.
Reports
Costs by period, campaign and model; per successful outcome and per talk minute.
Incoming calls
When customers call you, the AI answers too.
Greeting and business hours
A dedicated AI operator for incoming calls, a greeting and business hours (Baku time).
Call routing
The AI understands why the customer is calling: it answers itself or transfers the call to the right colleague’s number.
Knowledge base
Answers on incoming calls also come from your knowledge base.
History
Recordings, transcripts and costs of incoming calls stay in the conversation history too.
Dashboard and control
A simple dashboard for the team, a full trail for management.
Dashboard in four languages
Azərbaycanca, English, Русский, Türkçe. Each user picks their own language.
Roles
Admin and operator rights; the integration section is admin-only.
Activity log
Every change is recorded as “before → after”; password and key values are never logged.
Conversation history
All calls in one place: recording, transcript, analysis and cost.
